Clemente and Doris Clemente, decedents, that on the 21st day of September, 2016, Shari Clemente filed a Petition for Letters of Administration, Appointment of Personal Representative and Determination of Heirs, requesting that Letters of Administration issue to Shari Clemente, that the Court determine Dan E. Clemente and Doris Clemente died intestate, and that the Court determine the identity of all heirs, devisees and legatees of the deceased.
