Carney, ¼ Chickasaw and Alvie N. Carney, Full Blood Choctaw, both deceased, that on the 27th ay of September 2016, Paulette R. Groves, having produced and filed in the District Court of the County of Pittsburg and State of Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Wanda G. Carney, ¼ Chickasaw, deceased, and an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Alvie N. Carney, Full Blood Choctaw, deceased, also filed in the said Court her petition praying for the probate of said wills, and that Letters Testamentary be issued thereon to Paulette R. Groves, the Personal Representative named in said Wills. Pursuant to an order of said Court made on the 27th day of September 2016, notice is hereby given that Wednesday, the 12th day of October 2016, at the hour of 2:30 o'clock p.m. of said day, has been appointed as the time for hearing said petition and approving said Wills, at the Court Room of the Associate District Judge, in McAlester, in said County of Pittsburg, when and where all persons may appear and contest the same.
