NOTICE BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO THE DEFENDANTS: Gene Hill, if living, and if deceased, his unknown successors; the unknown successors of each of the following named persons, each of whom is deceased: Loyce S. Scott, Bernice L. Scott and Joy Evelyn Scott, You, and each of you, are hereby notified that on the 13th day of September 2016, Sherry Ann Schweller and Paul A. Schweller filed a petition in the District Court of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, in cause number CV-2016-109, wherein Sherry Ann Schweller and Paul A. Schweller are Plaintiffs, and Gene Hill, if living, et al., are Defendants, alleging that they are the owners of and are in possession of the following described property: Lot 13, Block 19, in the Town of Alderson, Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma, and to quiet title in the Plaintiffs in said property. NOW, THEREFORE, you and each of you, are hereby notified that you must answer the petition filed herein on or before the 26th day of October 2016 or said petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered accordingly in favor of the Plaintiffs, against you, extinguishing any claim of interest you may have adverse to the Plaintiffs and quieting title to said real estate in the Plaintiffs.
