Smith, Eddie R. Smith and Albert F. Smith are Plaintiffs, and Meor Whitney Co., LLC, et al. are Defendants, alleging that they are the owners of and are in possession of the following described property: SE¼ of Section 27, Township 8 North Range 15 East, LESS AND EXCEPT all the oil, gas and other minerals lying thereunder, Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma, and to quiet title in the Plaintiff in said property.
