Hull, deceased, has presented for confirmation and filed in this court his Return of Sale of the right, title and interest of said deceased in and to the following described real property: W½ NW¼ SE¼ NW¼ SE¼ in Section 34, Township 6 North, Range 12 East, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. Said real property was sold at private sale to Richard R. Hull in exchange for his 1/4 interest in the Estate of Grace A. Hull, deceased.
