PB-2016-68 NOTICE OF HEARING RETURN OF SALE Notice is hereby given that Judy Peevy, Personal Representative of the Estate of Barney E. Davenport, deceased, has presented for confirmation and filed in this court her Return of Sale of the right, title and interest of said deceased in and to the following described real property: S½ N½ SE¼ NE¼ in Section 22, Township 6 North, Range 15 East, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, except all of the oil, gas and other minerals lying thereunder and subject to an existing road right-of-way over the Westerly 30 feet of said property. Said real property was sold at private sale to Jacob Murray and Kaci Murray, husband and wife, as joint tenants, subject to confirmation by this Court for the sum of $72,500.00.
