Invitation to Bid The Wilburton Housing Authority of the City of Wilburton will receive sealed bids until the hours of 11:00 A.M. on April 14, 2016 at the Wilburton Housing Authority 600 E. Ash # 19, Wilburton, OK 74578. Bid opening is March 7, 2016 at 12 P.M. at the WHA. ITB information may be obtained between the hours of 8 A.M. and 12 P.M. and 1 P.M. to 3:30 P.M. M-F. Sealed bids only will be accepted at the same location.
