Section 2-503 and 2-506. In support of this Application, the State of Oklahoma Alleges: 1. Currency found in close proximity to forfeitable substances and forfeitable drug distribution paraphernalia which are reputably presumed to be forfeitable and is therefore subject to forfeiture pursuant to Title 63 O.S. Said weapons were possessed, used, or available for use in any manner to facilitate a violation of the Uniformed Dangerous Substances Act of this State, and is therefore subject to forfeiture pursuant to Title 63 O.S. Notice pursuant to the provisions of Title 63 O.S. Section 2-506 (C) has been given to all ascertainable claimants or interested parties. 4. Said monies, upon forfeiture to the State of Oklahoma, will be deposited in the District Attorneyâs Narcotics Fund, a revolving fund in the Office of the County Treasurer of Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma, pursuant to Title 63 O.S. Section 2-506(L)(3). 5. Said weapons, upon being forfeited, shall be sold as per Title 63 O.S. Section 2-508(E) or retained by the originating agency or leased to other agencies per Title 63 O.S. Section 2-508(G). The monies from said sale shall be deposited in the District Attorneyâs Narcotics Fund, a revolving fund in the office of the County Treasurer of Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma, and maintained by the District Attorney of Pittsburg County to Title 63 O.S. Section 2-506(L)(3). Section 2-503 and 2-506, the above described property. The above listed property was seized during a narcotics investigation by law enforcement officers in Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma on the 6th day of December, 2010. AS AN INTERESTED PARTY OR CLAIMANT: Within forty-five (45) days of mailing or personal service of this Notice, you must file a verified answer or claim to the property described above in this forfeiture proceeding.
