Case No. PB-2014-174 NOTICE OF LEASING REAL PROPERTY Notice is hereby given that, in pursuance of an Order of the District Court of the County of Pittsburg, State of Oklahoma, made on the 1st day of June, 2016 in the matter of the Estate of I. Jack Stephens, Deceased, the undersigned, I. Jack (Jay) Stephens, II, and Mark Alan Stephens, Co-Administrators of the Estate of I. Jack Stephens, Deceased, will lease to Crieg and Bernita Rittenhouse, subject to the confirmation by said district court, on the 13th day of July, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. in Court Room 2, the entire interest of said estate and the heirs, legatees and devisees of said estate covering the following described real property with all improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging: Tracts of land in Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma containing 600 acres lying both North and South of Highway 9 as it crosses through the Longtown area, with 100 acres North of Highway 9 and 500 acres South of Highway 9.
