IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF PITTSBURG COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA In Re ESTATE OF HAROLD CURTIS KING Case No. PB-2016-69 COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND FOR HEARING PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION, DETERMINATION OF IDENTITY OF HEIRS, FINAL ACCOUNTING, AND DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of Harold Curtis King, who died on November 24, 2015 and resided in McAlester, Oklahoma, that Lauren Cobbett, of Camberley, Surrey, United Kingdom, has filed a Petition for Summary Administration praying that Letters of Special Administration be granted to her, that the heirs at law be determined, that the Final Account be approved, that the property of Decedent be distributed, and that the Special Administrator be discharged. The total value of the Estate of Decedent except exempt property is less than $200,000.00. NOTICE IS GIVEN TO CREDITORS with claims against Harold Curtis King, deceased, that they are required to present the same with a description of all security interests and collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim to the named Special Administrator, Lauren Cobbett, c/o Brandon P. Wilson, Attorney-at-Law, EDMONDS COLE LAW FIRM, P.C., 7 South Mickey Mantle Drive, 2nd Floor, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73104 on or before June 25, 2016 or the same will be forever barred. NOTICE IS THEREFORE GIVEN that the 6th day of July, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. has been appointed as the time for hearing of said Petition in the District Court of Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma, before the undersigned judge and that any person receiving this Notice must file objections to said Petition at least ten (10) days before the hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner or that person will be deemed to have waived any objections to the Petition. In the event any objection is filed at least ten (10) days before the hearing, the Court will determine at said hearing whether summary administration is appropriate, and, if so, whether the Estate will be distributed and to whom the Estate will be distributed.
