(Published in the McAlester News-Capital on June 10th, 2016.) IN THE DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR PITTSBURG COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA, JUVENILE DIVISION IN THE MATTER OF I. M., ALLEGED DEPRIVED CHILD, UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE. NO. JD-2015-66 (JD-2016-3) NOTICE AND SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: Orlando Warren, father of I.M, DOB: 03-03-2000, You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed herein in the above-styled and numbered cause praying that said child who was born on 03-03-2000, be adjudicated as deprived as to the acts and omissions of the parents, Orlando Warren and Crystal Marshall, to-wit: said child is not receiving proper parental care and guardianship or whose home is an unfit place for the child by reason of neglect, abuse, cruelty, or depravity on the part of the child’s parents as stated in the Petition. The Petitioner prays that said child be adjudicated deprived and dealt with according to law, and for all proper orders and relief. This matter is set for Initial Appearance Hearing in the Courtroom of Judge Mindy Beare in the Pittsburg County Courthouse, 115 E. Carl Albert Parkway, McAlester, Oklahoma, on the 28th day of July, 2016, at 9:00 a.m., and you are hereby summoned and notified to be present at this time and place and to bring and have with you the above named child, if said child be in your custody or control, and you and each of you will in no wise omit, under penalty of law. You are advised that you are entitled to be represented by an attorney at every stage of the proceeding, and if you are unable to obtain an attorney due to a lack of present financial resources, upon demonstrating this fact to the Court's satisfaction, you will be entitled to a Court appointed attorney. Petitioner prays that the child be brought before the Court and dealt with in accordance with the Oklahoma Children’s Code, Title 10A O.S. § 1-1-101 and that the State of Oklahoma reserves the right to seek a termination of parental rights and the parents may be ordered to pay child support if the child is placed outside the home. Further, that in the event, the above-named parent(s) fail to appear as summoned herein, the Court will proceed to grant such relief and make such orders as the Court deems necessary and proper in said cause, as supported by the findings on the merits of said cause of action. FAILURE TO RESPOND TO THIS NOTICE AND SUMMONS OR TO APPEAR AT THIS HEARING CONSTITUTES CONSENT TO THE ADJUDICATION OF THIS CHILD AS DEPRIVED AND MAY ULTIMATELY RESULT IN THE LOSS OF CUSTODY OF THIS CHILD OR THE TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS TO THIS CHILD.
