PB-2016-55 COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION, FINAL ACCOUNTING, DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP, DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE All persons having claims against Tommy Larunce McManes and Sheila Mae McManes, both deceased, are required to present the same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the named Personal Representative at the law office of Allford, Ivester&Green, 10 E. Washington, McAlester, Oklahoma, 74501, on or before the following presentment date: July 5, 2016, or the same will be forever barred.
