Neill, his wife, Jesse Graham, and Bertha Graham, his wife, and the respective spouses of the above named persons, whose real names are unknown, except as above set out, or, if said named persons or either of them are deceased, then the Unknown Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees and Assigns, immediate and remote, of such of said persons as are deceased; GREETINGS: You and each of you are hereby notified that you have been sued in the District Court of Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma, in Case No. CV-2016-64, wherein James R. Hendrix is Plaintiff and the following are defendants: Mid-State Homes Incorporated, if same has legal existence, or if dissolved, the Unknown Successors, Trustees or Assigns of such dissolved corporation; and the following named persons, if living: Leon Dale Stevens, Richard L. Plaintiff alleges that he is the owner of and in possession of the following described real property located in Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma, to wit: TRACT 1. The East 33 feet of Lot 12 and the West 45 feet of Lot 13 in Block 354, City of McAlester, formerly South McAlester TRACT 2. The WJ4 of Lot 3, Block 440, in the City of McAlester, formerly South McAlester TRACT 3: Lot 2 in Block 220, City of McAlester, formerly South McAlester TRACT 4. Lots 3, 4, and 5 in Block 246, City of McAlester formerly South McAlester TRACT 5. Lots 1 and 2 and the North 50 feet of Lots 3 and 4 in Block 584, City of McAlester, formerly South McAlester TRACT 6: Lot 4, a subdivision of the S1/2 of Lots 51 and 52, in Townsite Addition No. 21 And you, the said defendants, are further notified unless you answer said Petition of the plaintiff filed herein against you on or before the 28th day of June, 2016, the allegations of said petition will be taken as true, and judgment will be entered, and a decree quieting plaintiffs title to the above described property will be entered against each of you, the said defendants.
