IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF PITTSBURG COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA BOKF, N.A., a NATIONAL BANKING ASSOCIATION d/b/a BANK OF OKLAHOMA, as successor in interest by merger to BANK OF OKLAHOMA, N.A. f/k/a BANCOKLAHOMA MORTGAGE CORP., Plaintiff, vs. HUBERT CARSON CLARK, JR.; et al., Defendants. CASE NO. CJ –2015-264 NOTICE BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: HUBERT CARSON CLARK, JR.; BILLIE F. CLARK; You will take notice that the Plaintiff has filed a Petition with the District Court, Pittsburg County, in the above-styled and numbered lawsuit and unless you answer the Petition of the Plaintiff on or before the 29th of June, 2016, the Petition will be taken as true and a judgment will be entered in favor of the Plaintiff in the amount of $59,148.46, plus interest thereon accrued through December 1, 2015, in the amount of $1,256.88 plus interest accruing thereafter at the rate of 4.250% per annum until paid, a reasonable attorney’s fee, plus abstracting expenses, plus advances for taxes, insurance, property preservation, late charges and court costs, accrued and accruing during the pendency of this action; and for further decree of the Court foreclosing the Plaintiff’s lien on the following described real property, to wit: Tract of land in the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section Seventeen (17), Township Eight (8) North, Range Fifteen (15) East, of the Indian Base&meridian, Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast Corner of said SW/4; thence N01 °23’30” West a distance of 1996.56 feet along the East line of said Southwest Quarter; thence N84°13’30” West a distance of 63.50 feet; thence N84°13’30” West along the Southerly right-of-way line of Highway No. 113 a distance of 56.93 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence S02°47’59” East along a fence line a distance of 414.43 feet; thence N71°46’01” West along a fence line a distance of 268.45 feet; thence N06° 08’35” East along a fence line a distance of 351.89 feet; thence S84°13’30” East along the Southerly right-of-way line of Highway No. 113 a distance of 198.08 feet to the point of beginning. Including Mobile Home – Used 2001 Fleetwood -56X28 – RAD1318798/1318 – XFL166AB07248CG12. and for further Order directing the Sheriff to execute and sale the above-described real property and the proceeds applied to amounts due Plaintiff and further barring and foreclosing new Defendants and all Defendants to the lawsuit from any right, title, interest or estate or equity in and to the property.
