Decedent, a resident at of Kern County, State of California, died on November 25, 2003. That R. The Petition prays for the Summary Administration and a Final Accounting and that Special Letters of Administration be issued to Plashone Annette Danitschek, as Special Administrator, for the appointment of R. Glenn Teague, as the resident Agent for the estate and for the judicial determination of the identity of the heirs, devisees and legatees of the said Michael Olen Marlow; and for the Distribution and Discharge of said Special Administrator. Notice is also given that the Final Account will be filed on the 25th day of April, 2016. The 1st day of June, 2016, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the courtroom of Judge Mills at the Pittsburg County Courthouse, 115 E Carl Albert Pkwy, McAlester, OK 74501, Room 2, McAlester, Oklahoma, has been appointed as the time and place for hearing the Petition for Summary Administration of the estate of Michael Olen Marlow, deceased, judicially determining the identity of the heirs, devisees, and legatees of said decedent, and approving the distribution and discharge of said Special Administrator, at which hearing all persons interested in the Estate of Michael Olen Marlow may appear and contest the same.
