JD-2011-21 NOTICE AND SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: Unknown Father of J.H., DOB: 08-12-2009, You are hereby notified that a Petition to Terminate your parental rights in and to the above-named child who was born on the 12th day of August, 2009 to Brianna Hysell, mother of said child, and unknown father of said child has been filed herein in the above-styled and numbered cause praying that your parental rights in and to said child be terminated due to failure to correct the conditions of deprivation, to-wit: said child is not receiving proper parental care and guardianship or whose home is an unfit place for the child by reason of neglect, abuse, cruelty, or depravity on the part of the child’s parents as more fully described in the petition.
