PB-16-47 NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR PROBATE OF FOREIGN WILLS, FOR APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, AND FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP AND FOR DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estates of HAROLD THOMAS STEPHENS AND BARBARA J. STEPHENS, Deceased, that on the 4th day of April, 2016, there was produced and filed in the District Court of Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma, instruments purporting to be the last wills and testaments,(âWillsâ) of HAROLD THOMAS STEPHENS AND BARBARA J. STEPHENS, deceased, each said Will being dated May 4, 1985 respectively, and there was also filed in the Court the Petition of DAVID K. STEPHENS, praying that the said Wills, allegedly having been created and executed under the laws of the State of Arizona, be admitted to probate as valid foreign wills, and further praying for Letters Testamentary to be issued to DAVID K. STEPHENS, as Personal Representative of the Estates, to serve without bond, and further praying for a judicial determination of the heirs of the Deceased, and further praying for distribution of the estates of the Deceased in accordance with said Wills. Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 4th day of April, 2016, notice is given that the 25th day of April, 2016 at 2âclock PM is the day and time that the Petition will be heard in the District Courtroom of Judge Tim Mills at the Pittsburg County Courthouse, 115 East Carl Albert, McAlester, Oklahoma, and all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
