(Published in the McAlester News-Capital on April 6th, 2016.) RESOLUTION #16-201 To Advertise The Board of County Commissioners, Pittsburg County, met in regular session on Monday, April 4, 2016. WHEREAS, Pittsburg County wishes to advertise for the following materials: HAULING A bid package containing complete specifications and an “Invitation to Bid” are available at the Pittsburg County Clerk’s Office, 115 E. Carl Albert Parkway, Room 103, McAlester, Oklahoma 74501. All bids must state price of the aforesaid materials and said materials must be delivered in quantities ordered when and as needed by the Board of County Commissioners, within a three month period, beginning April 1, 2016 and ending June 30, 2016. Each competitive bid submitted to the county must be accompanied with an affidavit for filing with competitive bid form, as required by 61 O.S. § 138. No bid will be considered unless submitted on this form with affidavit completed and notarized. Place your bids in an envelope and mark it "Three Month Bid." Sealed bids will be received and filed with the Pittsburg County Clerk and opened on Monday, April 18, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in the Board of County Commissioners Conference Room, Pittsburg County Courthouse, 115 E. Carl Albert Parkway, McAlester, Oklahoma. Contract will be awarded to the lowest or best bidder. The Board of County Commissioners, Pittsburg County, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and re-advertise.
