NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND INTENT TO FILE AN APPLICATION FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE The Pittsburg County RWD #14 will hold a public hearing at 6:00 pm on December 5, 2016 at the Senior Citizens Center in Crowder, Oklahoma. The hearing is to give the citizenry an opportunity to become acquainted with the proposed Water Treatment and Transmission Line Improvements project and to comment on such items as economic and environmental impacts, service area, alternatives to the project, financing aspects, or any other issues related to the proposal. The Pittsburg County RWD #14 has negotiated an engineering contact with Infrastructure Solutions Group for the planning, design and construction of the proposed Water Treatment and Transmission Line project. This firm has demonstrated their competence and qualifications to complete this project. The proposed project is identified in the Engineering Report prepared by Infrastructure Solutions Group and consists of the following elements: 1. Approximately 46,5000 LF 8" Water Line, Pump Station, Approximately 1,700 LF 10" Lake Bores, Four Booster Chlorination Stations, Standpipe Recirculation Pump, and Tememetry. This Engineering Report, along with environmental information related to the project, is on file and available for public inspection at the office of Infrastructure Solutions Group located at 719 S.
