(d-1) that the total value of the Norine Blair Kniesâ property in Oklahoma is $5,000.00; (d-2) that the total value of the Juanita Blair Priceâs property in Oklahoma is $5,000.00. Petitioner has asked this Court for other summary proceedings pursuant to 58 O.S. 245, et seq. In an Order for Combined Notice entered on November 9, 2016, the Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order notice to creditors and issue an order for hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration, the final accounting, and petition for determination of heirs, and distribution. Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice, all creditors having claims against Norine Blair Knies, Deceased, and/or Juanita Blair Price, Deceased, are required to present the same with a description of all security interests and other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to Claire Woodward Grant, Personal Representative, c/o Brett Cable, Cable Law, PLLC, 438 E.
