Case No. CJ-2016-130 SECOND ALIAS NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an Second Alias Special Execution and Order of Sale with Appraisement issued out of the District Court of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma on August 3, 2016, in an action wherein Arvest Bank, (“Arvest”) was Plaintiff and Damon Clark, Jackie Clark, Donna Scrivner, Pittsburg County Treasurer, the Board of County Commissioners, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, and John Doe and Jane Doe were Defendants, commanded me to levy upon and sell with appraisement the following described property in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, to-wit: THE SOUTHERLY 155 FEET OF THE NORTHERLY 175 FEET OF THE WESTERLY 175 FEET OF THE NW/4 OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST OF THE INDIAN BASE AND MERIDIAN, PITTSBURG COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA The Real Property, or its address, is commonly known as: 9373 Tannehill Road, McAlester, Oklahoma 74501. To satisfy a judgment and decree of mortgage foreclosure obtained in said Court on August 3, 2016 in favor of Arvest against Defendant Damon Clark and in rem against the subject real estate, premises and personal property herein sued upon, in the sum of $154,361.82 in principal, plus costs of $403.12, plus a reasonable attorney fee of $4,521.29, plus late charges accrued and accruing, and property preservation expenses during the pendency of this action, plus all court costs and future attorneys’ fees incurred with collection of said indebtedness, plus post-judgment interest at the default rate of 6.00% or the statutory rate on all amounts whichever is greater from the date of said judgment until paid; I, the Sheriff of Pittsburg County, will on the 5th day of January, 2017, at the hour of 10:00 o’clock a.m. at the Pittsburg County Courthouse, 115 E. Carl Albert Parkway, McAlester, Oklahoma, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the said property above described, or as much thereof as will satisfy said judgment with interest, costs and attorneys’ fees, said sale to be subject to taxes on sais property, if any; the total appraised value of said property being the sum of $124,500.00.
