OF MCALESTER, Plaintiff, vs. Case No. CJ-2016-160 Judge Bland HOWARD P. GIBSON, et. al. Defendants. NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Special Execution and Order of Sale with Appraisement issued out of the District Court of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, on October 12, 2016, in an action wherein First National Bank&Trust Co. of McAlester was Plaintiff and Howard P. Gibson, Mattie R. And inventory, equipment, and machinery; To satisfy a judgment and decree of mortgage foreclosure obtained in said Court on October 12, 2016 in favor of First National Bank&Trust Co. of McAlester against Defendants Howard P. Gibson, Mattie R. Gibson, and Gib’s Transmission, Inc. and in rem against the subject real estate, premises and personal property herein sued upon, in the sum of $51,359.25 with interest from June 17, 2016, plus a reasonable attorney fee of $3,000.00, and other costs advanced by the attorney of $498.39, plus late charges accrued and accruing, plus advances for taxes in the amount of $1,119.60, insurance, plus all court costs and future attorneys’ fees incurred with collection of said indebtedness, plus post-judgment interest at the default rate which is 6.25% until paid, or the statutory rate on all amounts whichever is greater from the date of said judgment until paid; I, the Sheriff of Pittsburg County, will on the 8th day of December, 2016, at the hour of 10:00 o’clock a.m. at the Pittsburg County Courthouse, 115 E. Carl Albert Parkway, McAlester, Oklahoma, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the said property above described, or as much thereof as will satisfy said judgment with interest, costs and attorneys’ fees, said sale to be subject to taxes on said property, if any; the total appraised value of said property being the sum of $89,500.00. The names of any persons or unknown successors of any person whose actual addresses are unknown who have an interest in said property are: NONE. Dated this 16th day of November, 2016.
