Bard, produced and filed in the above named Court in said County and State, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Margaret M. Bard, deceased, and also filed in said Court a petition praying for the probate of said will, and that Letters of Administration with Will Annexed issue thereon to Margaret A. Bard, the Personal Representative and for a determination of heirs pursuant to 58 O.S. §240. Pursuant to an Order of said Court made on the 10th day of November, 2016, notice is hereby given that the 30th day of November, 2016, at the hour of 2:30 o'clock p.m. of said day has been appointed as the time for hearing such Petition and proving said Will and Determination of Heirs in the District Courtroom in the County Courthouse in McAlester, said County of Pittsburg, State of Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same if they have objections thereto.
