CV-2016-36 PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that Gary Wansick, Chief of Police for the City of McAlester, Oklahoma, has filed a Notice and Petition for Hearing Authorizing the Disposition of Unclaimed Personal Property in accordance with the provisions and requirements of 11 O.S. §34-104, for an Order to sell certain personal property described in Exhibit "A" attached to the petition, and the destruction of the property listed in Exhibit "B", also attached, which remains unclaimed at such time. A hearing upon said Petition will be held on the 6th day of April, 2016, at 9 o'clock a.m. before the District Court of Pittsburg County, Pittsburg County Courthouse, McAlester, Oklahoma, at which time anyone claiming ownership of any of said personal property shall appear at the Pittsburg County Courthouse and present proof thereof at said hearing.
