NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Applicant in this cause has filed an application requesting the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma(s) grant an exception to OAC 165: 10-13-9 and 165: 10-17-11 so as to authorize and permit a separate gas allowable for two proposed wells involved as to production from the Woodford common source of supply in the 640-acre drilling and spacing units formed in Section 8, Township 3 North, Range 12 East, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. The allowable to be separate and distinct from the gas allowable for the existing well and proposed additional wells. The proposed separate gas allowable shall be established for each calendar year in accordance with the statutes and Commission rules applicable to an unallocated gas pool using the wellhead absolute open flow potential of the wellhead shut-in pressure, whichever is applicable, for each well required periodic tests. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: That the order to be entered in this matter be made effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto and that the authorization and permission requested herein run in favor of Applicant, or some other party recommended by Applicant. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT this cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this Cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Initial Hearing Docket at the Western Regional Service Office of the Corporation Commission, 2101 North Lincoln Blvd., Jim Thorpe Building, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at 8:30 a.m., on the 28th day of November, 2016, and that this notice be published as required by law and the rules of the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT any person interested or protest¬ing the application please advise the Attorney of record and the Court Clerk's Office of the Corporation Commission five (5) days before the hearing date above.
