TO BE ADDED TO CHAPTER 22, BUSINESSES, ARTICLE IV, PEDDLERS AND SOLICITORS, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MCALESTER, OKLAHOMA, REPEALING ALL CONFLICTING ORDINANCES, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. Gist of Ordinance: Requiring background checks on applicants for Peddlers and Solicitors permits. Passed and the Emergency Clause approved separately this 25th day of October, 2016.
