Jordan, both deceased, that on the 29th day of November 2016, Duane Charles Jordan filed in the District Court of the County of Pittsburg and State of Oklahoma, a Petition to admit the instruments presented as the Last Wills and Testaments of Marcharelle Jordan a/k/a Martha Charelle Jordan and Duane R. Jordan, both deceased, to appoint the petitioner as Personal Representative of said estates, to determine the heirs and legatees of said estates. Pursuant to an order of said Court made on the 12th day of October 2016, notice is hereby given that Wednesday, the 26th day of October 2016, at the hour of 2:30 o'clock p.m. of said day, has been appointed as the time for hearing said petition, at the Court Room of the Special District Judge, in McAlester, in said County of Pittsburg, when and where all persons may appear and contest the same.
