Case No. P-2005-117 ORDER FOR HEARING PETITION FOR SALE IT APPEARING to the satisfaction of the Court from the verified petition of Claudia Hitchcock, Personal Representative of the Estate of Jared C. Hitchcock, deceased, that it is in the best interest of the estate to sell certain real property, belonging to said estate, and described in said petition for the following reasons and purposes: for the payment of taxes and administrative expenses. THEREFORE, it is ordered by the Court that all persons interested in the estate of Jared C. Hitchcock, deceased, appear before the District Court of Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma, at the Pittsburg County Courthouse, in the City of McAlester, on the 19th day of October, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. then and there to show cause, if any they have, why an order, as requested in said petition, should not be granted to the Personal Representative to sell certain real property of said deceased at public or private sale, for the reasons and purposes mentioned in said petition, as she shall judge to be for the best interest of the estate and of all parties interested therein.
